DESCRIPTION:\n Full-Day Training in Nottingham (7th November):\nThe next session will be a full-day event at Nottingham Castle. Participants will receive a bespoke map and aerial photograph pack\, along with training on how to utilise these materials in various ways with your pupils. You will also learn how to develop your local history unit and receive additional resources and support. The day will include a heritage trail around central Nottingham\, where you will uncover the hidden histories of the area and learn to use ‘standing archaeology’ as primary evidence within your history curriculum. Please note\, although the event is free to schools\, the resources provided\, and the venue incur a considerable cost.
