Sadly at this time it is likely that some of our school communities will experience bereavement over the coming months. LGfL and Child Bereavement UK have already created two key resources to help schools in this area: https://coronavirus.lgfl.net/bereavement

Education Psychology Team – Information to support loss and bereavement during Coronavirus outbreak
The Local Authority Education Psychology Team have drafted comprehensive documents around coronavirus and bereavement support, advice, and how the EPS can support schools:

Hospital and Home Education Learning Centre (HHELC) have provided a copy of their Bereavement Guidance and Support document, in case other member schools wish to use it:
