Maths Hub ‘Introduction to Mastery’ Day

We are delighted to inform you that our popular ‘Introduction to Mastery’ day is back.
Date: Friday 15 February 2019, 09.15 for a 09.30 start. Session will finish by 15.30.
Heard about mastery but not sure where to start? This is a common statement we hear at the Maths Hub, so we have put together an answer. During this comprehensive introduction, you will be given a broad overview of the approach, including how it links to lesson design, challenge and intervention, as well as a chance to ask any questions and address any doubts you may have. The course, led by Primary and Teaching for Mastery Lead Tom Isherwood, will not only provide participating schools with the first steps on their mastery journey, it will also stand them in good stead to apply for the teaching for mastery workgroups in 2019-20.
