NST are committed to ensuring that city schools are able to access and retain the best possible teaching staff – from NQT through to Senior Leadership. 

A HR working party has been formed involving Headteachers from NST schools and colleagues from the Local Authority HR & Transformation Service, who have been working together to create template documents for school job descriptions and role profiles, which all NST schools can utilise.  Teaching and UPS documents have now been completed, with work on leadership and TLR profiles to be undertaken in Autumn 2019.
